Children's Ministry

 

Kid's come first at DiscoverChurch! Our ministry to children is filled with fun, laughter, and truth as we help to show each child how much Jesus loves them and what it means to follow Jesus for the rest of their lives!  Children's ministry provides Sunday morning programs for all children 3 years old through 6th Grade as well as retreats, vacation bible school, service projects, and activities.

Youth Ministry

Teenage life is filled with challenges, obstacles, questions, and great opportunities. Teen eXtreme youth ministry is here to help teens and their families navigate through these difficult and exciting years by walking alongside them and encouraging them to live life as followers of Jesus (and have a lot of fun along the way!) Youth Ministry provides Sunday morning teaching times and Wednesday evening small groups for all teens in 7th through 12th grade. Regularly scheduled fun events, retreats, service projects, and summer mission trips are also available.

 

Nursery

 A safe and caring environment is a top priority for our little ones. Nursery care is available at all Sunday services for infants through 2 years old.

 

Music Ministry

Music transforms us in such powerful ways through our expressions of praise and worship to God. At Discover Church, we are thankful to have many gifted musicians and vocalists who share their gifts by leading us in worship at every service. From rich hymns of the past to driving rhythms of today, it is all a welcome part of our passionate worship.

 

Hospitality

From donuts, juice and coffee to conferences, weddings and funeral luncheons, we are here to provide a warm and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the doors at Discover Church.

 

Care Ministry

The Care Ministers are here to help first time attenders feel welcome and at home at Discover Church. WE are here to pray for you and help you connect with the life and people of Discover Church.

Counseling Ministry

There are times for each of us when the burdens of life become more than we can handle. Whether it is an issue with addiction, abuse, depression, marital strife, or spiritual oppression, there is a place for you to turn and a person to talk and pray for your wholeness and health.

 

 

Women's Ministry

The women of Discover Church connect through a variety of ministry opportunities. Women of all ages will find a place to grow and serve throughout the year. Senior Adult Ministry

The Amazing Grays is a ministry for those who have celebrated more than 49 birthdays.

 

Prayer Shawl Ministry

Loving Hands Prayer Shawl Ministry welcomes those who knit and crochet to join us. If you know of someone who would be blessed to recieve a prayer shawl, contact Barbara Duffy at 763-315-0952.

 

Quilting Ministry

Beautiful hand-crafted quilts made with love and delivered to those in need around the world.
