Let's Change Things Up! You probably assume we are addressing those words to you. What I want you to know is that the words Let's Change Things Up! are a challenge we are embracing as a church.

You see, for as much as we love our congregation, and we do, we also realize that the Mainstream Church in America is slowing losing its influence and relevance.

These days churches find it easy to blame the media, secularism, or people’s busy lifestyles as the reason for decline.  But if the declining relevance and impact of the mainstream church is due to “other forces” then we are powerless to shape our future or follow God’s call and destiny for us in mission.

We choose instead to see the changing aspects of our society as a challenge to us to Change Things Up! What if we, as a congregation, did not simply choose to always play it safe and preserve what we have left? What if our church took Jesus seriously and sought to make his priorities our priorities and tried to reflect his character in every aspect of our ministry?

After all, people liked Jesus.  They saw something unique, approachable, yet supernatural in Him. What if people had the same kind of experience whey they connected to us? That is the kind of place we are trying to be and we would like to invite you to discover this exciting journey with us.

Led by the Holy Spirit we are seeking to connect with people who have not been fully satisfied with organized religion and mainstream church as they have known it. Would you be interested in being a part of an authentic community of Christ-followers within the safety and integrity of a proven and well-established congregation?
